How To Take A Reading Using The Non-Contact Method

Non-contact temporal temperature measurement

1. Press and hold down the F1 Button , position the scanner head between 0.5 to 1.5 cm above the surface of the temporal area of the forehead ( this is just above the eye towards the Ear )

2. Move the scanner across the temporal area for at least 3-5 seconds .

3. Release the F1 button and the screen will show you your Temperature reading.

4.  Please allow 15 seconds for the thermometer to reset itself before a further reading is taken
